Woods Edge McKenzie

White, 241421, Breeding,Companion/Pet

McKenzie is one of the best producers here at Aurora. She is an easy breeder, catches one time, delivers easily, and produces an abundance of milk. She has also produced some gorgeous kids and seems to pass along all of the traits of the father including suri genetics. The biggest exception is that Macki gives all of her kids' great temperaments.

Maki is a big girl though not tall but when bred to a taller herdsire produces nice tall stretchy animals. She is white with a black tail but all over pigment is noticeably speckled. We think she could produce appaloosa too.

McKenzie was shown as a youngster and her kids are destined for the show ring!

Standing at Stud at Aurora Farm for Spring 2012!

Take a look at this beautiful silver gray appaloosa herdsire owned by McFarland's Llama Farm in Ohio. Color Up has been visiting Aurora Farm to bred our girls and to entertain outside breedings as well.

Color Up is one-half Argentine, heavy wool, with outstanding confirmation and head type and a great temperament to boot!

Consider Color Up for Spring.

Minx is one of our McKenzie daughters by the outstanding HJ Isidro's Color Up. She carries a soft true black fleece and is very correct. When she was a cria she never put a foot wrong or stood without that sought after llama pose not to mention that lovely head and ear set.

Minx is on the shorter side, about 39 inches, probably due to being 1/4 Argentine and her not so tall dam. She may even be a mini. She certainly could be in the show ring.

Minx is also one of our guard llamas due to her inquisitive nature. Minx has the ability to be both family pet, show animal or guard.

If she is anything like her mother her ability to reproduce is not in question.
We would gladly breed her to one of our herdsires should you like to take Minx home with you.

Take a look at Minx!
