GVL Jehan

Cream, 268565, Breeding,Mini

Jehan is a nice suri girl that was measured at 42 inches, she is not a mini but we wanted to add her fineness into our breeding program.

JLL Midas ~Check out New Microns!~
    Pattern, 272367, Breeding,Mini

Midas has nice conformation and good bone density. Midas has very fine guard hair that is hardly noticeable and his micron came back as a 22.5 at 32 months old. He is smaller, last we measured he was under 39 inches. He has a nice disposition and is very easy to handle and catch. He settled his first two females and it only took him 2 breeding's for the first female and one for the second. The females are do March 2011. Both females are from PPF Prancero. UPDATE: Midas' first cria is on the ground! Its a beautiful strong boy, with nice fiber and amazing color(white, fawn, and grey)

Midas was shown in a May 2011 show and his bagged fleece from that year, got a 2nd over a full Argentine male that was a year younger than him!! He also showed in a Halter class and got a 2nd under a larger male.

For 2012 we are expecting 3 crias from Midas and two are going to be out of Suri females! We cant wait.

  Micron Count
2013: 19.6 micron
2014: 23.4 micron

HD Midas' Ruffian Sold!

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

This girl was born at 28.2 pounds and was on her feet in 10 minutes and trying to nurse in 15 minutes. She hasn't slowed down one bit! She is out of our suri Full Throttle foundation girl and Midas' 2nd girl. Her fiber is so soft and has beautiful locks in her silky fiber. This one may become a foundation girl for us!

We weaned Ruffian slightly early because she was so independent and didn't care if she was away from her mom. We are loving how this girl is maturing and we may decide to keep this girl in our herd. She has one of the best heads and good solid conformation, not to mention her incredible fiber that is so soft. She also has a great friendly easy to handle personality to complete this great girl!!

We have reduced Ruffian's price til the end of 2014 so some lucky person can add her to their foundation herd! She is due for her first cria in 2015 which should be a show stopping cria!! Get her before she has her cria or we may change our minds about selling her when we see what she can produce!

UPDATE: Ruffian is back on the market as her current owner has had some unforseen circumstances arise and can not keep the llamas. Ruffian delivered a beautiful tri colored female cria. She is everything we had hoped for when we bred Ruffian to Taylor Made! Cria is already sold. Ruffian is available with a breeding to any of our herdsires, or we will breed her to one of our argentine herdsires soon if she does not sell within a couple weeks. Get her now and you can choose the herdsire she is bred to. She will have to stay here until her 2015 cria is weaned in November/December. Ruffian is an incredible first time mom with tons of milk! Easy to breed and easy birth.

  Awards Received
First show: Ruffian was a little nervous and the judge said she had a hard time judging her conformation because she was not wanting to walk in a straight line, but she still got 2 seconds. In fleece on she got 84/100 and 13.5/15 for fineness.
